Refund policy
Version 2026-10-28 · Effective
The refund policy is part of the Terms of Service (section 6). It is repeated here so you can find it quickly.
14-day withdrawal with a full refund. Within 14 days of buying Pro, open Settings → Billing and choose Withdraw and refund. Your subscription ends at once, your account returns to the Free plan, and we refund that purchase in full to the payment method you used. We send you an email confirming the withdrawal.
- The 14 days run from the moment the subscription was created at checkout.
- Each account can withdraw once. A later Pro purchase on the same account can be cancelled but is not refunded through withdrawal.
- The refund is issued through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. If it cannot be issued automatically, we process it by hand and email you; either way, within 30 days of your withdrawal at the latest.
- You can also ask for the withdrawal by writing to info@devspeak.dev within the 14 days from the email address on your account.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and then does not renew. Cancelling after the 14-day window does not refund the current period.
Deleting your account. Deleting your account cancels a paid subscription immediately, without a refund. If you are still within the 14 days, withdraw first and then delete the account.
Other cases. If we discontinue Pro, we refund the unused part of a prepaid period. Nothing in this policy limits a refund, withdrawal right or guarantee that the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country give you.
